1. PVC wall Siding Panel Application :
1.1.PVC vinyl Siding panel is applied in house, office building, villa, and wall protection.Due to it`s top layer covered with PVC, ASA, or PMMA, it can be used in hot, cold dry or wet place, can bear long time sun light, wind, rain and bad weather.
1.2.This line can be equipped with different pattern rollers, easily changeable.Punch on-line, it is more economical way.
1.3 PVC vinyl siding is mainly produced by rigid PVC.Used for building external wall;Not only protect the wall, but alsobeautiful as decoration.It make the wall looks like wood board, looks simple and natural, but no need consume wood.
1.4 PVC vinyl siding can be recycled, producing cost is lower than cement and ceramic tile.It's green buliding materials, good or environmental protection.
PVC vinyl siding can be installed easily, can be combined with each kind of structural wall, not affected by seasons, easy clean(can be washed by water);No need maintain (without paint and coating);Fireproof, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance.

Feeder → Mixer → Feeder → Extruder → Extruder Mould →Two roller calender with Embossing →
Vacuum tank → Haul-off → punch → Cutting → Stacker→ Waste recycling machine (Crusher, Milling machine).
Printer, Water chiller and air compressor and so on.
3. PVC decorative outside wall panel production line is composed as following
1. Powder feeder.
2. Conic double screw extruder for PVC (SJSZ-55|110 or 65|132),
Single screw extruder for protective layer ASA |PMMA (SJ-45|30).
3. Extrusion mould, and calibrators.
4. Embossing machine.
5. Vacuum bath / vacuum tank.
6. Haul-off Unit.
7.Punch machine.
8. Cutting machine / Cutter.
9. Stacker.
10. Auxiliary machines:
SHR-200/500 or SHR-300/600mixer for PVC Powder.
SWP-360 SWP-400 plastic crusher.
SMP-500 Milling Machine.
